Puck Motion is a premium hockey lifestyle brand. We specialize in high-quality apparel designed for players, parents, and enthusiasts who live for the game. Our designs—like our signature "P" featuring the rink silhouette and stick-blade—symbolize the flow and pace of hockey culture.

Do you sell hockey equipment (sticks, skates, pads)?

We do not. We focus exclusively on premium apparel and lifestyle accessories. We believe in looking as good off the ice as you do on it.

What makes your apparel "Premium"?

We source high-grade fabrics—like heavyweight fleece and ringspun cotton—and use advanced finishing techniques like high-density embroidery and soft-touch prints. Our apparel is designed for durability and a modern, athletic fit that maintains its signature flow from the rink to the street.

The Stick Assist Program (Apparel with an Assist™)

What is a Stick Assist?

A Stick Assist is our way of helping you or your hockey player(s) stay on the ice more affordably. For every unique Puck Motion apparel item you purchase, you earn a $5 Stick Assist—a direct credit toward an Integral Hockey Service Repair or a refurbished Pro Stock stick in our store.

How do Stick Assist credits work?

Every eligible apparel purchase earns you $5 in Stick Assist credits toward your next hockey stick. Credits are awarded per unique item in your order, not per quantity—so whether you buy one hoodie or three, you'll earn $5 in credits for that item.

This design encourages you to explore our full collection and build your credits over multiple purchases, making premium sticks more accessible over time. It's our way of rewarding loyal customers who grow with the Puck Motion brand, not just one-time bulk orders.

How do I redeem my Assists?

Redemption is easy. When you are ready for a stick repair or refurbished stick, simply add the item to your cart. During checkout, your accumulated Stick Assists will be applied as a discount to your total.

Can I redeem my Stick Assists for cash?

No. Stick Assists have no cash value and are not redeemable for currency. They are specifically designed to be used as discounts toward stick repairs or refurbished sticks within the Puck Motion store.

How does shipping work for repairs?

To keep things transparent and avoid surprises, we charge a flat-rate $30 shipping fee at the time of your repair purchase. This covers the return shipping of your repaired stick once the service is complete. You are responsible for the initial shipping of the broken stick to our repair shop.

Do my Stick Assists expire?

No. Your Assists never expire and will stay on your account until you're ready to use them.

Can I "stack" my Assists?

Yes. You can save your Assists over multiple apparel purchases. If you purchase four Puck Motion apparel items, you have a $20 Assist waiting for you. Many of our customers save them up to lower the cost of their stick repair—or to fully cover it.

Can I use my Assists for shipping or taxes?

Stick Assists apply specifically to the labor and materials of the repair service (shaft, blade, or hosel) or the purchase price of a refurbished stick. They cannot be applied toward shipping fees or government taxes.

What information do I need to provide for a repair?

To ensure your stick is tracked correctly through our repair order process, we require:

  • Full Name of Player
  • City / Town / State
  • Cell Phone Number

Puck Motion Trade-In Program

Everything you need to know about turning your broken $350 stick investment into a $50 credit.

What is the Puck Motion Trade-In Program?

It is an exclusive "circular economy" perk for our apparel customers. We take your broken, late-model hockey sticks (that would otherwise end up in a landfill) and give you a $50 credit to use toward a refurbished Pro Stock or high-end retail stick.

This program is currently in Beta, meaning we are testing the logistics with our supporters to prove that hockey doesn't have to cost $350 every time a stick snaps. It's our way of rewarding the people who wear the brand by helping them stay on the ice for less.

Can I use my $50 credit for anything in the store?

No. To keep our circular economy sustainable, the $50 Trade-In credit is strictly for the purchase of a refurbished stick. It cannot be applied to apparel or individual stick repair services.

Can I stack my $50 credit with Stick Assists?

Yes! This is where the real savings happen. You can stack your $50 Trade-In credit on top of any Stick Assists you've earned from apparel purchases to lower the cost of your refurbished stick even further.

What if I have 3 broken sticks? Can I get $150 off one stick?

To keep our program sustainable and ensure we can continue offering elite sticks at half the retail price, we apply one $50 Trade-In Credit per refurbished stick purchase.

However, you can absolutely trade in all three at once! We will "bank" your additional credits in your account, essentially locking in a $50 discount for your next two stick replacements. Plus, remember that you can stack your earned Stick Assists on top of your Trade-In Credit for even deeper savings!

Do you accept goalie sticks?

Not at this time. Our current "Beta" program is focused exclusively on the player stick models listed in the eligibility table of our Trade-In Program overview.

What happens if my stick is rejected?

If your stick arrives and does not meet our eligibility criteria (wrong model, non-repairable damage), we will notify you. We can either dispose of it for you or ship it back at your expense. Tip: Use the Trade-In Request form photos to get pre-approval before you ship!

Sizing & Fit

How does your clothing fit?

Most of our lifestyle items feature an "Athletic Tailored Fit." This means they are designed to be comfortable but not overly baggy. If you prefer a loose "rink-ready" feel, we recommend sizing up.

Do you have a size guide for youth players?

Yes! We know hockey kids grow fast. Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements. Because our fabrics are high-quality, they have minimal shrinkage, but we always suggest measuring a favorite hoodie at home to compare.

Production, Shipping & Delivery

How does Puck Motion produce the products in its catalog?

All of our custom-branded products are printed on demand (POD) and directly shipped to you by our reputable POD partner companies. Each item is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

How long will it take to get my Puck Motion apparel?

As a boutique brand, we typically process orders within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within the US takes approximately 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Stick Repair Services:

Return shipping is included in the service price. You are responsible for shipping your broken stick to Integral Hockey (791 Andover Street, Lowell, MA 01852). We recommend USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (typically $20-$30).

Apparel:

Standard shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout based on your items and quantity.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We're focused on perfecting the experience for our domestic customers first, but we plan to expand to Canada and other markets in the future.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy on apparel?

We offer a 30-day "Perfect Fit" guarantee. If you aren't 100% satisfied with the fit or quality of your unworn, unwashed apparel, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.

How do I start an apparel return?

To initiate a return or exchange, email wearpuckmotion@gmail.com with your order number. We personally review every request to ensure you're taken care of. Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it within 3-5 business days and issue a full refund to your original payment method if approved. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for your return once your request is approved.

What is your return policy on refurbished sticks?

All sales of refurbished sticks are final—no returns or exchanges. Because hockey sticks can sustain significant wear during normal use, we cannot accept returns on refurbished products. However, all refurbished sticks are covered by the Integral Hockey Lowell lifetime warranty on the 6-inch repair zone, ensuring you're protected where it matters most.

If your refurbished stick breaks within the 6-inch repair zone, contact us to initiate a warranty review. We aim to complete reviews within 3-5 business days of being notified. If your stick break falls under our warranty, it will be repaired at no cost. Shipping costs to and from our repair shop in Lowell, MA are the customer's responsibility.

How should I wash my Puck Motion apparel?

To preserve the embroidery and fabric softness, we recommend washing inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low. Avoid ironing directly on the "P-blade" logo to keep the silhouette crisp.
