How long will it take to get my Puck Motion apparel?

Because every Puck Motion garment is custom-made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for production and processing. Once shipped, standard delivery within the US takes approximately 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our production facility.

What are your shipping rates?

Apparel (United States):

FREE standard shipping on all apparel orders to the Continental United States — no minimum, no code needed.

    • Express shipping: $15.00

    Apparel (Canada):

    Apparel orders ship to Canada via Printful's print-on-demand fulfillment network. Delivery times are typically 7–14 business days after a 3–5 business day production period. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

    Refurbished Sticks:

    Flat-rate shipping (Continental US only) applies based on quantity:

    The correct rate will automatically appear at checkout based on your cart.

    Please note: Hockey sticks are not available for Canadian orders.

    Stick Repair Services:

    A $30 flat-rate return shipping fee is included in the service price. Customers are responsible for shipping broken sticks to our repair center at: Puck Motion, 791 Andover Street, Lowell, MA 01852. We recommend using USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (typically $20-$30) for your inbound shipment.

    Do you ship internationally?

    At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We're focused on perfecting the experience for our N. American customers first, but we plan to expand to other markets in the future.

    How does Puck Motion produce its products?

    All of our custom-branded products are printed on demand (POD) and shipped directly to you by our reputable production partners. Each item is made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction and environmental waste—thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
